The apartment is located in a small building with just 6 units and is 1 house from the sugary white sands of the world famous Clearwater Beach! Also located within walking distance of many great restaurants, bars, shops and much more, yet still located on a quiet street. Once you park your car in your reserved spot, you probably won't need it again!

The space

This one bedroom vacation rental is very spacious, it has a very comfortable King size bed in the master bedroom as well as a Queen size pull out couch in the living room. There is also a twin size air mattress if needed. Both the master and living room have large Roku TVs with cable TV and over 125+ channels. Don't feel like watching cable, feel free to use any of the streaming apps available on the Roku platform. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee/tea bar and a coffee maker that has both a large coffee pot or a single serve Keurig cup. We also provide a reusable K-cup and local coffee, as well as to go cups, sugar, and tea.

The unit is located on the second floor of a small two story building with six total units. The building is the second house from the beach, you can see the beach from the front door and from your parking spot out front.

Our goal is to not only make your stay as enjoyable as possible but to also make it as easy as possible. Therefore, we fully stock the unit with all your beach necessities, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler. We also provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, a blender, pots, pans, spices, board games, books and much more.

We also try to be as eco friendly as possible, our local coffee provided is made from Organic coffee beans, our hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap are all made from simple ingredients. We also provided a homemade non toxic all purpose spray to help keep it chemical free.

Located on a quiet road on Clearwater Beach, one house from the beach, less than 20 steps to the beach and located walking distance to everything!

Getting around

So many restaurants, bars, shops are all within walking distance. However, if you don't feel like walking. Take advantage of the Florida Free Rides, a local golf cart company that will take you anywhere on Clearwater Beach for just a tip. There is also the Jolly Trolly available which you can take all the way down to St Pete Beach or north to Honeymoon island, an all day pass on the trolly costs around $5 a person.
