Wake up slowly in your king bed as soft Florida sunlight filters through the windows. The air feels lighter here. You’re in Clearwater Beach — and the beach is closer than you think.

You brew your morning coffee in the fully stocked kitchen (yes, even organic olive oil and spices are waiting if you’re inspired to cook later). The condo is modern, fresh, thoughtfully updated — everything feels easy.

Before the day begins, you glance outside. Just across the street is McKay Park — brand new pickleball courts, a beautiful playground, and a bocce ball court all waiting for you.

Grab the pickleball paddles and balls we’ve provided and head over for a morning match. Or bring the bocce set and start a friendly competition. If you’re traveling with kids, the new playground might become your daily ritual.

After working up a little energy, you load up the beach wagon — chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, sunscreen, sand toys — everything is already here.

You walk across the park, cross one small street… and you’re there. The sugar-white sands of Clearwater Beach are about a block and a half away. No long drives. No packing stress. Just an easy, breezy stroll to one of Florida’s most beautiful beaches.

Spend the afternoon floating in the Gulf, building sandcastles, or relaxing under your umbrella with a cold drink in hand.

When you’re ready for more, the entire town is at your fingertips. Walk to:

Pier 60 for sunset celebrations and nightly entertainment

The marina for boat tours and dolphin sightings

Local restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and beach boutiques

Everything is truly walkable — no need to worry about parking once you arrive (though you do have a reserved space waiting for you).

If you’re visiting between March and October, you can also enjoy the community pool at the nearby Clearwater Beach Recreation Center — just a short walk away.

After a full day, come home to comfort.

• Second bedroom: custom-built bunk (twin over full) — perfect for kids or extra guests

Shower off the salt and sand with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Wrap yourself in soft bath towels. You’ll find plenty of everything — toilet paper, paper towels, linens, beach towels — no rationing here.

Cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, cookware, spices, and more), or bring back takeout from one of the many incredible nearby restaurants and unwind on the couch for a movie night.

We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.
